Artwork Description

My work simply reveals female’s unconscious instinct. Without any specific intention of making art work, tying thread is simple act and comes out naturally. This simple act, tying thread, is similar to female’s house work which is simple and endlessly repeated. First two separated threads becomes one. The one becomes two, two become four, four become eight and so on. It implies female’s giving birth and expanding generation to generation. Eventually one thread becomes a huge net which creates an opened space such as female inner world which is warm and embracing.
