Romulus and Remus is an update on the classical legend of fratricide. It combines digital print, painting and drawing to overlay maps of Rome with images of toddler twins fighting. The work relates the story to the rivalry between my own twin sons playing superheroes.

Caroline Falby
Caroline Falby is a Canadian born, Brooklyn based artist making conceptual mixed media drawings and digital prints. She has been awarded residencies by the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, The AIM program and a project fellowship from The Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts. Her work has been featured in exhibitions at The Drawing Center, SUNY Brockport, the Queens Museum and the Bronx Museum.
