Antonia Andrioti

I was born in Athens, Greece in 1977.From 1996 to 2000 I studied Fine Art at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, specializing in sculpture. Until 2006 I worked as a freelance artist in Athens, where I participated in several group shows and I had one solo show. From 2006 to 2008 I got my MFA in painting and printmaking at the New York Academy of Art, where I received the New York Academy Scholarship and the Prince of Wales scholarship. I took part in many group shows related to the Academy, like Take home a nude at Sotheby's in 2010 and I've got a secret at Forbes Gallery in 2010. In the summer of 2011 I had my second solo show in the municipal art gallery of Corfu, Greece I am currently working for my next solo show in Athens, genesis gallery.
